Victory Vida Church offers a digital platform for its members that includes:

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

– To access the platform you need an account created by a church administrator or through self-registration
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
– You must provide truthful and up-to-date information
– An account is for personal use and is non-transferable

TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree that:
– You will receive text messages from Victory Vida Church at the phone number provided
– Types of messages include: service reminders, event confirmations, urgent alerts, and verification codes
– Message frequency varies; generally between 1 and 10 messages per week
– Standard message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier
– Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or participation in church activities
– You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
– For help, reply HELP to any message or email info@victoryvida.com
– Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes

PAYMENTS AND EVENTS

– Event payments are processed securely through Square
– Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD)
– Refund policies vary by event and will be communicated at the time of registration
– Victory Vida Church does not store credit or debit card information

USER CONDUCT

By using the platform, you agree to:
– Use the platform respectfully and in accordance with church values
– Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
– Not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
– Not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

– Platform content (design, text, logos, devotionals) is the property of Victory Vida Church
– User-generated content (prayer requests, journal entries) belongs to the user
– Bible verses are used in accordance with the licenses of the corresponding versions

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

– The platform is provided «as is» without guarantees of uninterrupted availability
– Victory Vida Church is not responsible for temporary technical interruptions
– We are not responsible for data or message charges from your phone carrier
